Free written review terms
These terms cover the free written review you can ask for on the free review page. They are short because the review is short. Nothing here changes the terms of any paid work, which is governed by the engagement letter we both sign.
What the review is
- A short written first look at your business, based only on the answers you give us. For a trade it covers what your website is and is not doing for you. For a practice it covers where automation could save you time.
- An AI service helps draft it. A real person reads your answers, checks the draft and signs it off before it is sent. That person can still miss something, and the review can be wrong about your business.
- A general opinion written from a few answers. It is not a survey, an audit or professional advice of any kind, and it is not legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice.
How to use it
- Treat it as a starting point, not a decision. Before you spend money or change how you run the business on the strength of it, check the facts for yourself or take your own professional advice.
- The review is given free and without responsibility. We do not accept liability for any loss that comes from relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
- Asking for it puts you under no obligation to buy anything, and it carries no promise that we will take you on as a client.
Your data
Your answers are used to write your review and, if you ticked the box, to send one follow-up email. How we look after them is in our privacy notice.
