Terms of business

This page summarises how Yusr Digital works with clients. It is a plain-English summary; every engagement is governed by the written engagement letter we both sign, which takes precedence over this page.

Who you’re dealing with

Yusr Digital is a trading name of Honey-Beez Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 16399452).

We are on the Information Commissioner’s Office register of fee payers, reference ZC221221. We are the controller for our own enquiries and this website, and your processor for the personal data we handle on your behalf under the data processing agreement. If your own compliance team needs to check that before you engage us, here is the entry on the ICO’s public register.

How engagements work

Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute call. No obligation follows it.
Scope, price, and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before any work starts.
Project work is a fixed price for a written scope. No day rates.
The website care plan is the one ongoing service we sell. It is monthly, has no minimum term, and either side can end it on 30 days’ notice.
Either side can end an engagement at the stages set out in the engagement letter.
Neither free review, the website review or the business review, is an engagement. Each has its own short terms.

Website builds

The price is fixed and agreed in writing before we start. Half is due on signature and half on the day the site goes live.
Your site is live within ten working days of the day we have everything on your list. If we are waiting on you, that time is added day for day.
Your domain is registered in your name, with you as the registrant. The first year is included in the £600 build. After that you pay the renewal, about £5 a year at Cloudflare, billed in dollars. If you leave us, the domain goes with you.
Finished means a written acceptance test we run together on your phone. One round of changes is included at acceptance, and further rounds are quoted first.
The first year of the care plan is included with a build. After that it continues automatically at £29 a month, with no minimum term, and either side can end it on 30 days’ notice.
Not included, and quoted separately if you want them: online booking or payments, a shop, a customer login, writing your copy from scratch, professional photography, ongoing SEO or ads, social media, and email hosting.

Your data

What we process, where it lives, and what’s excluded is agreed in writing before anything touches real data. See our privacy notice for how we handle personal data on this website.

We will sign your data processing agreement, or supply ours, before any engagement that touches personal data. Ask and you get it the same day.
Every company that would handle your data on our behalf is named in the data processing agreement you sign, and the ones this website uses are named in our privacy notice. There is no unnamed list, and we will tell you in writing before either list changes.
Client data stays inside the engagement it was collected for, and we never use it to build anything for another client. Where AI is involved in your work, it runs under Anthropic’s commercial terms, which exclude training on your data; that wording is in the data processing agreement you sign. If a piece of work ever needs a tool that does not offer those terms, we tell you before it starts rather than after.
